This notice is issued by the NASA/KSC to post a Request for Interest via the internet, and solicit responses from interested parties. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition. Prospective offerors are invited to submit written comments or questions to: Point of Contact: Thomas C. Kennedy Space Center (KSC) is in the initial planning phase for solicitation of proposals for operation and future development of the KSC Visitor Complex (KSCVC). The KSCVC is operated and maintained as a concession business activity. The current concession agreement ends April 30, 2010. KSC is seeking industry ideas, concepts, and comments for optimizing KSCVC mission objectives, operations, development, and long-term vitality for both NASA and the Concessioner. Comments are solicited regarding KSC’s vision, constraints, and conditions regarding the KSCVC concession. See the attached RFI for detailed information. Please check this RFI periodically for updates.

This presolicitation synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results.

The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
