Description

NASA/JSC plans to attend the 18th Humans in Space Symposium to be held April 11-15, 2011.

The International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) Humans in Space Symposium is an international scientific symposium dedicated to discussion and research in the human and biological sciences related to long-duration space travel.

The IAA is the host for this symposium.

The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The installation Ombudsman is Melanie W. Saunders, e-mail melanie.saunders-1@nasa.gov.
