THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO BOOZ HAMILITON INC., UNDER BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) NNJ08JF65Z, THE ADVANCED PLANNING ASSESSMENT BPA, AT THE JOHNSON SPACE CENTER (JSC), HOUSTON, TEXAS, AS AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009.

NASA/JSC intends to issue a modification under the existing BPA NNJ08JF65Z; Call NNJ10JC56T for Commercial Crew and Cargo Program Office (C3PO)-led effort to assess the performance of C3PO’s Commercial Crew Development (CCDev) Commercial Partners (CP). This action shall add funding and extend the scope of the current task.

Under the current task, the Contractor independently assesses CP data and provides recommendations to C3PO in support of NASA’s milestone assessments for the following three CCDev partners: The Boeing Company, Paragon Space Development Corporation and United Launch Alliance. The contractor assesses these partners’ performance using each milestone’s objective success criteria as defined in the respective CP’s CCDev Space Act Agreements. The contractor is currently performing milestone assessments associated with the three CPs’ first 14 CP milestones scheduled for completion in May through September 2010 as defined in the CP CCDev Space Act Agreements.

Under this modification, the scope shall be extended to include assessments associated with 12 additional milestones for the same three CPs. These milestones are scheduled for completion in October through December 2010.

BPA NNJ08JF65Z provides the expertise required in the areas of systems engineering, system integration, interface control documentation, interface management planning, and mission analysis and integration. This BPA was awarded on a fixed-price, competitive basis.
