Description
NASA/GSFC has a requirement for the following:
Leadership and Effectiveness Training for the Systems Engineering Education and Development(SEED) Program to include the following:
01)Qty: 1, Intro Two-Day Seminar (Applied Systems Thinking, Action Plan) 02)Qty: 10 for 4 hours each, Bi-Monthly-Workshops (Skill enhancement, group interaction) 03)Qty: 10 sessions a month for 10 months, Individuals Sessions (Phone with email and internet support) 04)Qty: 10 participants, Multimedia Learning Tools (Comprehensive Online Learnware Modules) 05)Qty: 3.5 days, Meetings and Design to include optional webinars
NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Walking Your Talk
The authority is FAR 13.106(b) (1) only one source is reasonably available.
The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
DO Rating is DO-C9. The synopsis shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on May 13, 2009. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
