Description

NASA/NSSC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Agency-wide contract closeout and procurement support services. This contract will require on-site performance of these services at the following locations: Ames Research Center, Dryden Flight Research Center, Glenn Research Center, Goddard Space Flight Center, Johnson Space Center, NASA Management Office at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Kennedy Space Center, Langley Research Center, Marshall Space Flight Center, NASA Shared Services Center, and Stennis Space Center.

A sources sought synopsis and a copy of the draft SOW were posted on FedBizOpps and the NASA Business Opportunities home page on May 18, 2011 and July 20, 2011 respectively, under Reference/Solicitation Number NNX11373093L.

The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside limited to eligible 8(a) concerns.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561110 and $7.0 Million average annual receipts.

The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about August 19, 2011 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about October 4, 2011.

The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
