Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. An online RFQ is contained in a separate link to the synopsis. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quote(RFQ)NNH05121915Q for the NASA History Division. The NASA History Division requires to complete a monograph-length scholarly history of Lessons Learned in Return to Flight Following the Columbia Accident.

This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1.

NAICS code is 711510. The offeror shall state in its offer its size and status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The offers for the above requirement are due by 1PM (EST) on 11/11/05 to NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center, Code 210.H,Greenbelt,MD 20771 and must include solicitation number, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Cage Code, and be signed by an authorized company representative. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing (email) to Alpana.K.Jenne@nasa.gov no later than 10/21/05 @1PM EST. Telephone questions will not be accepted.
