NASA SMD: Amendment 3 to NASA Technology Demonstration Missions (TDM) BAA

This is a modification to the synopsis for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Marshall Space Flight Center’s Broad Agency Announcement, NNM11ZDA001K, entitled “Technology Demonstration Missions (TDM)” which was originally posted on March 1, 2011. You are notified that Amendment 3 hereby changes the following:

1. Revises Section 2.0, General Information: paragraphs 4, 6, 7 and 8.

2. Revises Section 7.0, Proposal Information, paragraph 7.4, Technical Approach, subparagraph 7.4.7, Statement of Work and Payment Milestones.

3.Revises Section 7.0, Proposal Information, paragraph 7.6, Cost Plan, subparagraph 7.6.1, Cost Estimating and Basis of Estimate.

4. Revises Section 8.0, Page Limitations

5. Revises Section 9.0, Evaluation Criteria

6. Revises Section 11.0, Award Information: paragraph 2

7. Addresses questions and comments. These have been added to the frequently asked questions.

8. The proposal due date is extended to June 24, 2011, 5:00 p.m. ET.

The due date for responses is extended.

*NOTE: The procurement POC has changed and the type of contract instrument that may be awarded has been expanded.

Awards based on this solicitation are contingent on availability of appropriated funds.
