NASA SALMON-3 AO Amendment 12: EVC-1 Pre-proposal Conference Delayed

SALMON-3 AO Amendment 12: Delay of Pre-Proposal Conference (PPC) for Program Element Appendix (PEA) N: Earth Venture Continuity (EVC)-1

With this amendment, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Science Mission Directorate (SMD) Announcement of Opportunity (AO) NNH17ZDA004O, “Third Stand Alone Missions of Opportunity Notice (SALMON-3)“is amended to delay the Pre-Proposal Conference (PPC) for Appendix N, Earth Venture Continuity (EVC)-1.

The PPC WebEx/Teleconference that was scheduled for January 23, 2019 has been postponed. Because of the continuing government shutdown, the conference has been rescheduled, to a date that is currently TBD. When the government reopens, a new date will be set. It will be announced via another amendment to the SALMON-3 AO and the schedule, agenda, and logistical information for the PPC will be found on the EVC-1 Acquisition Homepage: https://essp.larc.nasa.gov/EVC-1/. Note that the Acquisition Homepage is not being updated during the shutdown, as it is maintained by civil servants who are not permitted to work.

At this time, the other dates for this program remain unchanged. This will be reconsidered and adjusted if necessary when the government reopens.
