NASA ROSES-19 Amendment 37: Carbon Monitoring System (CMS) Not Solicited This Year
Carbon Monitoring System is designed to make significant contributions in characterizing, quantifying, understanding, and predicting the evolution of global carbon sources and sinks through improved monitoring of carbon stocks and fluxes.
ROSES-2019 Amendment 37 announces that Program Element A.6, Carbon Monitoring System (CMS), will not be solicited this year because all currently available funding has been committed. We expect to next solicit CMS in ROSES-2020.
On or about September 23, 2019, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement “Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2019” (NNH19ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at http://solicitation.nasaprs.
