NASA ROSES-19 Amendment 23: C.17 PMEF Delay of Due Dates

ROSES-19 Amendment 23: This amendment delays the due dates for program element C.17 Planetary Major Equipment and Facilities: Stand-alone proposals.

The Planetary Major Equipment and Facilities (PMEF) program element allows proposals for the purchase or development of new or upgraded non-flight analytical, computational, telescopic, and other instrumentation to be used in investigations in Planetary Science Division (PSD) research programs.

For stand-alone PMEF proposals, the due date for Step-1 proposals is now November 19, 2019, and the due date for Step-2 proposals is January 22, 2020.

On or about July 22, 2019, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement “Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2019” (NNH19ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at http://solicitation.nasaprs.com/ROSES2019 and will appear on the RSS feed at:https://science.nasa.gov/researchers/sara/grant-solicitations/roses-2019/
