The proposal due dates for 5 program elements in Appendix D of ROSES-2018 were previously temporarily changed to “TBD” as a result of the partial government shutdown. This amendment releases new due dates for these five program elements in Appendix D.

For both D.3 Astrophysics Research and Analysis (APRA) and D.8 Strategic Astrophysics Technology (SAT), the new deadline for the mandatory notice of intent is February 27, 2019, and the new due date for proposal submission is March 29, 2019.

For D.6 The Fermi Guest Investigator (GI) program Cycle 12, Phase-1 proposals are now due (via ARK RPS) at 4:30 pm March 20, 2019.

For D.10 The NuSTAR Guest Observer (GO) Program Cycle 5, Phase-1 proposals are now due (via ARK RPS) at 4:30 pm March 29, 2019.

For D.11 The TESS Guest Investigator (GI) Program Cycle 2, the new Phase-1 due date (via ARK RPS) is 4:30 pm March 14, 2019.

On or about January 31, 2019, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement “Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2018” (NNH18ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at http://nspires.nasaprs.com/ and will appear on the RSS feed at: https://science.nasa.gov/researchers/sara/grant-solicitations/roses-2018/
