NASA ROSES-13 Amendment 32: Final text for Appendix A.23, ESI
ROSES-13 Amendment 32 releases final text for Appendix A.23, The Earth Surface and Interior (ESI) program. Notices of Intent to propose are requested by January 15, 2014, and the due date for proposals is March 21, 2014.
Of critical importance in the broad range of ESI and related climate change studies are the definition of a stable and accurate terrestrial reference frame and the interpretation of associated changes in the Earth’s shape, gravity field, and angular momentum. Therefore, the ESI program is seeking to improve the performance of the global geodetic observing and analysis capability through the design of new observing strategies, technologies, and analysis capability.
On or about December 4, 2013 this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement “Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2013” (NNH13ZDA001N) will be posted at http://nspires.nasaprs.com and will appear on the ROSES 2013 RSS feed at: http://nasascience.nasa.gov/researchers/sara/grant-solicitations/roses-2013
