NASA ROA-2011 Amendment 2: Subsonic Rotary Wing Project (SRW1)

Amendment 2 to the NASA ARMD Research Opportunities in Aeronautics (ROA) 2011 NRA (NNH11ZEA001N) has been posted on the NSPIRES web site http://nspires.nasaprs.com.

This release includes the following two topics in Appendix A.3 for foundational research in support of the Subsonic Rotary Wing Project: Active flow control of dynamic stall at representative mach number; Assessment of noise metrics for application to large civil tilt rotor (LCTR) flight operations.

NOIs are due February 4, 2012 and proposals are due March 23, 2012.
