NASA ROA 2008 Amendment 5 released

Amendment 5 to the NASA ARMD Research Opportunities in Aeronautics (ROA) 2008 NRA has been posted on the NSPIRES site. The amendment includes a new research topic (Innovation in Aeronautics Instruction). This topic is to encourage universities or non-profit organizations to create and implement cutting-edge innovative instructional programs in aeronautical engineering or related fields. This may include the development of new learning materials and teaching strategies, implementation of educational innovations, dissemination of aeronautics-related knowledge, and establishment of sustainable educational activities both intra- and extra-curricular.
