Description
NASA/JSC has a requirement for JSC managers and employees to be provided organizational development, facilitation, and executive coaching support conducted in real-time simulation activities. NASA/JSC intends to purchase the items from Roger Mellot. This is a continuation of effort performed by Mr. Mellot that will build upon the previous training developed by Mr. Mellot at the Johnson Space Center. Mr. Mellot has been working with JSC Senior Managers to identify, document, and assess JSC’s organization culture, future changes in the JSC Program offices and ways to capitalize on benefits of the changing environment here at JSC in an effort to enhance JSC mangers ability to adapt to change and achieve NASA’s mission. Mr. Mellot has been actively involved with support and coaching in teamwork and leadership skills. Mr. Mellott has special expertise in the area of a changing environment. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on July 6, 2005. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. An Ombudsman has been appointed.
