Description

NASA/HQ plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following Commercial services: To provide a Congressional Briefing Conference Training for participants of NASA including 32 members of the NASA Leadership Development Program on the Hill. Training shall be a four day course that provides a comprehensive look at congressional operation and organization and an understanding of how Congress affects NASA’s daily operations. The Government Affairs Institute, 3333 K Street, NW, Washington DC has a well established relationship on the Hill, with political commentators, press, and Congress. This conference on Capitol Hill is to provide a first-hand understanding of congressional processes and procedures, as well as the culture that is the United States Congress. The class is 9/28/04 – 10/1/04. The anticipated release date of the RFQ 4200074552HBE is on or about 8/24/04 with an anticipated quotation due date of on or about 8/31/04. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note “B”. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
