THIS IS A NOTICE OF PARTNERING OPPORTUNITY WITH GRC FOR THE PLANETARY INSTRUMENT CONCEPTS FOR SMALL INNOVATIVE MISSIONS FOR PLANETARY EXPLORATION(SIMPLEX). PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FOR DETAILS.
Responses are due to NASA GRC no later than 5 p.m. EDT on February 12, 2015. Any responses received after this time and date will be handled as late proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.208.
