NASA Notice for Program Element E.12 Space Biology Call for Flight and/or Ground Research Proposals

If and only if the Federal government enters a shutdown, the Space Biology Program plans to keep in mind proposer circumstances.

Proposals in a locked status as of the due date will be resolved on a case-by-case basis once civil servants are available to work. If the PI is a federal government civil servant and is unable to work during the shutdown a consideration will be made for brevity and content of step-1 proposals submitted before the due date.

Please note the original step-1 proposal can be withdrawn and an updated step-1 submitted should shutdown circumstances resolve before the due date.
