Crommelin Crater in northwest Meridiani Planum is a large structure which contains light-toned material with layered and stepped buttes.
– Sediments inside Aram Crater http://hirise.lpl.arizona.edu/ESP_027998_1825
Aram Chaos is characterized by chaotic terrains overlain by approximately 900 meters of sediments within the 280 kilometer diameter Aram Crater.
– Lava Flow Front in Elysium Planitia http://hirise.lpl.arizona.edu/ESP_028004_1825
This rough lava is surrounded by smoother lava with abundant inflation features.

Curiosity’s sky crane impact disturbed bright dust, revealing the darker rocky substrate.
