Description

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Office of Education, Higher Education Division is releasing a Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) for the NASA Student Career Exploration Program (CEP). On or about May 3, 2006, this CAN will be available electronically through http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/CEP/ .

Participation is open to all categories of domestic organizations, including educational institutions and nonprofit organizations within a 40 mile radius of JSC. The mile restriction shall be determined by the address in the offeror’s cage code.

Electronically submitted Notices of Intent to propose are requested.

Proposals must be received by 3:30 pm Central Standard Time, May 24, 2006. Proposals received after the announced deadline will not be considered. In addition to paper submission, please provide a complete electronic copy on CD-ROM. Electronic submission does not take the place of the required paper submission.

This solicitation leading to the award of a Cooperative Agreement is issued pursuant to title 14 CFR Part 1260 for educational and nonprofit institutions.

Notwithstanding the posting of this opportunity at FedBizOpps.gov, Grants.gov, or at both sites, NASA reserves the right to determine the appropriate award instrument for each proposal selected pursuant to this announcement.
