Description
This is Modification 2 to the synopsis entitled Venture Capitalist Consulting Services which was posted on December 21, 2005. You are notified that the following changes are made: 1. Respondents should quote a price based on the total time required for the period of performance. For example, an average of 24 hours a week, including time traveling, for 34 weeks. We are buying a number of hours, not a number of people. 2. Evaluations required by paragraph a. of the statement of work shall be performed in Houston and at participant locations through May 2006. 3. Travel costs will be handled in accordance with FAR 31.205-46 and should not be proposed. 4. The following NASA FAR Supplement clauses are incorporated by reference: 1837.203-72, Access to Sensitive Information (JUNE 2005) 1837.203-73, Release of Sensitive Information (JUNE 2005) 5. Award will not be made to other than a U.S. company, and the work shall be performed by a U.S. person. 6. Proposals shall be submitted in paper form. One copy is sufficient. Electronic submission is not acceptable. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
