Description
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Office of Education is releasing a Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) for the Strategic Education Alliance (SEA). This CAN will be available at the following website: http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/sea/default.asp Participation is open to public and private higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations within the State of Texas. Eligibility for the State of Texas will be determined by the address in the offeror’s CAGE Code.
Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Central Standard Time, April 13, 2007. Proposals received after the announced deadline will not be considered. In addition to paper submission, please provide a complete electronic copy on CD-ROM. Electronic submission does not take the place of the required paper submission. This solicitation leading to the award of a Cooperative Agreement is issued pursuant to title 14 CFR Part 1260 for educational and nonprofit institutions. Notwithstanding the posting of this opportunity on FedBizOpps.gov, Grants.gov, or on both sites, NASA reserves the right to determine the appropriate award instrument for each proposal selected pursuant to this announcement.
