This is a modification to the synopsis entitled SOURCES SOUGHT – NASA is seeking capabilities only from small, small disadvantaged and women-owned small businesses for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for a future requirement. NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) plans to compete the formulation and implementation phase of the Hyperspectral Environmental Suite (HES) development for the Geosynchronous Operation Environmental Satellite (GOES) R Series project. This notice was posted on 3/25/03. You are notified that the original notice failed to include Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and Other Minority Educational Institutions (OMEI). Therefore, please be advised that NASA is only seeking capability statements from small disadvantaged businesses (SDB), which include Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and Other Minority Educational Institutions (OMEI), small, HUBZone and women-owned small businesses. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
