Description
This announcement serves as a notification for the upcoming 2nd Space Exploration Conference. During this conference, discussions will be held on how to make the Vision for Space Exploration a long-term reality. Also addressed at the conference include important topics such as Global Strategy, Exploration Strategy, Architecture Status, Development and Operations Collaboration, Science, Exploration, Commercial Opportunities, NASA’s Annual Report, Constellation Elements (Orion, Ares, etc.), and Advanced Human and Robotic Technologies. The Space Exploration Conference will be conducted on December 4th, 2006 thru December 6th, 2006, at George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. The Honorable Dr. Mike Griffin, NASA Administrator, The Honorable Ms. Shana Dale, NASA Deputy Administrator, Dr. Scott Horowitz, NASA Exploration Systems Mission Directorate Associate Administrator, Mr. William Gerstenmaier, NASA Space Operations Mission Directorate Associate Administrator are schedule as speakers.
