MANDATORY FY03 IT SECURITY TRAINING

service and contractor employees must complete this training by

FACILITIES HELP DESK SYSTEM: USER TRAINING

– June 3, 11 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m, MIC 7-A.

– June 4, 10:30 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12 noon, MIC 7-A.

(All sessions are 30 minutes.) The new Web-based Facilities Help
Desk System (FHDS) will allow HQ users to electronically generate
requests for Code CO services (e.g., conference room
scheduling/audio visual support, building trouble call reporting,
space planning and facilities services). FHDS will be available

VOLUNTEER FOR AFRICAN AMERICAN HERITAGE FESTIVAL

June 6-8. Camden Yards, Baltimore, MD. Volunteer to work at the
NASA Exhibit Display at the festival. This celebration of African
American culture and its contributions. will feature many
prominent entertainers and individuals who have contributed to
richness of African American history. The schedule will be as
follows: June 6, 3-10 p.m.; June 7, 11 a.m.-10 p.m.; June 8, 12

SKIN CANCER SCREENING
