IFM OPEN HOUSE SESSIONS

– Purchasing (for Core Financial users):
March 13 and 18, 9 a.m.-12 noon, Rm. 3P50.

– Travel Manager:
March 19 and March 26, 9-11 a.m., Rm. 3P50.

Open Houses provide direct support with transactions you might
have questions on, or difficulty processing. These are walk-in
sessions facilitated by experienced implementation team members
where you may bring your questions and receive hands-on

FINAL ETHICS TRAINING MAKEUP SESSION

Friday, March 14, 10 a.m., auditorium. Mandatory for employees
who file financial disclosure reports (Forms 278 or 450) and IPA
employees; optional for other NASA employees. Ethics training is

ST. PATRICK’S DAY SOCIAL AND GUESSING CONTEST
Monday, March 17, 2:15-3:15 p.m., MIC 3. Don’t miss the social.
The Exchange Council will be making hot popcorn for all in
attendance. Enter the contest by March 16 by guessing how many
chocolate coins are in the “Pot of Gold” in the west lobby. The
three winners will be announced during the social.(1st prize, the
Pot of Gold; 2nd prize, $10 store gift certificate; 3rd prize, a

NATIONAL WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH EVENT

Wednesday, March 19, 10 a.m., auditorium. Featuring Dr. Dorothy
Height, Chair and President Emerita of the National Council of
Negro Women, who will speak on “Women Pioneering the Future.”

IFM CORE FINANCIAL BUDGET EXECUTION WORKSHOP

Thursday, March 20, 1-3 p.m., auditorium. This session is being
held several times for your convenience. (For Core Financial

REPAIRS SCHEDULED FOR GARAGE ELEVATORS

Saturday, March 15, 7-11 a.m. The main electrical transfer switch
for all garage elevators is scheduled to be repaired. There will
be no parking garage elevator service during these hours.
Stairwell B will be opened to allow individuals to walk up from
the garage levels to the ground floor and enter into the
building, using the standard security process. Judy Jackson,

The help desk staff is available (Monday-Friday) from 8:30 a.m.
to 5:30 p.m. to provide answers to your IFM questions. Please

Partners have requested your assistance with a survey on Long

NASA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS DUE

Friday, March 21 – application deadline. For eligible NASA
dependents pursuing a course of study in the science or
engineering field to apply for scholarships. Completed forms and

EXECUTIVE POTENTIAL PROGRAM (EPP)

Monday, March 31 – nomination deadline. The EPP (formerly known
as the Professional Development Program (PDP)) is a leadership
development program for high potential employees at the GS13,
