Description
NASA/HQ plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following commercial item/services:
The NASA Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity (ODEO) requires professional services for extensive support in preparing and conducting Title IX compliance reviews in the academic (non-athletic), highly technical, and professional settings, such as the university sciences and engineering departments; and in laboratories; or in similar contexts. The contractor will prepare and conduct on-site compliance reviews pursuant to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the current NASA authorization law (Pub. L. No. 109-155).
This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The Government contemplates award of a fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract over a three-year period resulting from this solicitation.
The NAICS Code and Small Business Size Criteria are 541618 and $6.5M, respectively.
The anticipated release date of RFQ NNH08227471Q is on or about February 6, 2008, with an anticipated quotation due date of on or about February 21, 2008.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note “B”.
