Description

This notice is issued by the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) to post an update to the synopsis entitled Space Communications Networks Services, Reference Number: NENS_Follow-on_RFI, which was posted on March 9, 2007, and updated on July 19, 2007, and September 4, 2007.

This preliminary information is being made available for planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal, Invitation for Bid, or Request for Quotation, and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract.

The Government has revised the SCNS procurement schedule as follows:

The site visits (GSFC, MILA, and WSC) and Pre-Solicitation Conference have been delayed until early December 2007 after the Draft RFP release in mid-November 2007.

A new Contracting Officer has been assigned to this procurement. Mr. Geoffrey Sage will replace Mr. Ray James Sisneros as the SCNS Contracting Officer. Contact information for Mr. Sage is listed below.

This notice constitutes all additional information concerning the Space Communications Networks Services procurement that will be furnished at this time.
