Description

NASA/HQ has a requirement for Risk Management Services. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposals are being requested. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541690 and $6.5M, respectively. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note “B”. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).

Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
