Description

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)/Goddard Space Flight Center is releasing a Draft Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) No. NNG06127696C for the Establishment of a Center of Excellence for Research in Earth Science. The primary focus is the establishment of a center of excellence for collaborative research in the Space Sciences between NASA, and Educational, or Not for Profit Science organizations.

The potential sources are encouraged to submit questions or comments on or before March 15, 2006, via email to the point of contact designated below. Additionally, you are further encouraged to submit questions or comments as they arise, in lieu of submitting them all at the end. The schedule for the review and selection of proposals for this CAN is as follows: May/June 2006 – Proposals due August 2006 – Award announcement September 2006 – Agreement signed

(Dates are tentative – will be finalized upon issuance of final CAN)

Only educational institutions and non-profit organizations shall submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
