Description
The NASA Goddard Space Flight Center will host a Small Business Forum on Thursday, October 18, 2007, in the Main Auditorium located on the second floor in Building 8. The forum will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This forum will be open to Information and Technology Small Business companies only. We have invited the Director of the Information Technology & Communications Directorate who will offer a presentation about opportunities within her organization. Additionally, vendors from the NASA SEWP IV office will be providing information about their organization. The forum will be open to the first 75 companies who call the Industry Assistance Office to register and those companies who employ 50 employees or less, who did not register or attend any of our previous forums. We ask that you allow other Small Businesses the opportunity to attend this forum. Your NAICS Codes and company’s size will be confirmed via the CCR or the Dynamic Small Business Search before your registration is valid. In order to expedite your registration process, please be sure your information is current. Once your information has been confirmed, you will be notified. Please register by calling Ms. Malores Hall at (301) 286-4379 or Ms. Adrian Jefferson at (301) 286-4679. You may call us between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 11:00.a.m and 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. EST. Please do not leave messages; you must speak to one of us regarding your registration. We will not respond to telephone voicemail messages or messages sent through email. A 1-day Event Badge will be available at the Security Station at the Main Gate entrance on Greenbelt Road. Please plan to arrive at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center 20-30 minutes prior to 9:00 a.m. to allow time to be processed and to find parking. Be sure you arrive with a valid U.S. driver’s license or you will not be allowed on-site. Registration is free, light refreshments will be served.
