This course is NOT OPEN to support service contractor (SSC) employees.
COST: There is NO COST associated with this course.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Office of Human Resources and Workforce Planning (OHRWO) will sponsor a briefing to educate the civil servant workforce about the mechanics of the Reduction in Force (RIF) process. This briefing will be conducted by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Each session will include a briefing of approximately 1 hour, with an additional hour for questions and answers. All civil servant employees are encouraged to attend one of these informative sessions.

Note: There will be a videotape of the briefing available at the Learning Center for employees who were unable to attend.
