Subject: Center Reorganization Update

Good afternoon!

I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the activities associated with the Center reorganization.  First, I want to acknowledge that I am very sensitive to the frustration many of you are experiencing with the time it is taking to complete this reorganization.  I want you to know that I am confident that we will have approval soon and will be ready to move forward.

In my June message, I indicated that I would be working to assign SES personnel to positions and would then be validating those selections at Headquarters.  I have had a number of discussions with individuals at Headquarters and continue to receive positive feedback and full support.  There were a few details that I needed to work out and believe those have been resolved.

I am targeting an All-Hands meeting for the week of September 16.  There will be more information coming on the date and time.

Your patience and understanding are things that I do not take lightly.  I will continue to keep you updated as information becomes available.
