Description

NASA/HQ Exploration Systems Mission Directorate (ESMD) is hereby soliciting capability statements from interested small business (all types) sources for the Technology Transfer Transformation (TTT) project. This does not preclude a large business from responding.

The Technology Transfer Transformation effort involves the consolidation of the Regional Technology Transfer Centers (RTTC) and the National Technology Transfer Center (NTTC).

Please use the RFI reference number RFI-ESMD-11052004 posted on November 5, 2004 as a guide to what this project entails.

Companies are required to provide three (3) copies of their Capability Statement, addressing relevant experience and past performance as they relate to this project, to indicate capability to perform the projected work. Capability Statements are to be limited to 5 pages. Please do not exceed this limit.

This is a Sources Sought synopsis. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps and on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service. It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis.

This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited.

Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.

Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement.

The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside based on responses hereto.

All responses shall be submitted to Christopher Stock no later than April 1, 2005, 4:30 PM EST. Please reference SS-ESMD-25032005 in any response.
