Description
NASA/HQ plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Fixed Price Indefinite Deliverable Indefinite Quantity contract with the following Commercial services: The Contractor shall provide in-classroom instructional materials for the NASA Office of Small Business Programs (NASA OSBP). The requirement is to design, develop, and deliver instructor-led training addressing the following subject: NASA Small Business Program for Acquisition Personnel (SBTAP), NASA Small Business Training for Technical Personnel (SBTTP), Market Research Workshop (Computer based), NASA Source Selection Training for Small Business and ad hoc training. The instructor-led training shall be designed following the Instructional Systems Development Model.
This procurement is a total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611430 and $6.5 million, respectively.
The anticipated release date of RFP NNH10348111Q is on or about 08/23/2010 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about 08/30/2010.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
