• The purpose of today’s briefing is to present the information provided in the COTS-01-05 Draft Announcement released on December 5, 2005
• We will address questions to clarify the content of the Announcement
• We will not provide evaluations, opinions or recommendations on approaches or concepts
• The Final Announcement will take precedence over all discussions and answers to questions
• Comments and feedback on information provided in the Draft Announcement are encouraged and may be submitted directly to the COTS website under the Anonymous Questions to the Contracting Officer/Agreements Officer or Feedback links
• Any instructions or requirements presented in the Draft Announcement that preclude or hinder the participant’s ability to propose the optimal approach should be identified and may be considered in the preparation of the Final Announcement
• Draft Announcement Comments Due December 16
