Website (if applicable), and name of parent organization (if applicable). e. Business size (Based on NAICS code) and/or Socioeconomic designation (i.e., large, small, SDB, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB), f. Average annual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees; g. List of customers covering the past five years (highlight relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement). h. Please also advise if the requirement is considered to be a commercial or commercial-type product. A commercial item is defined in FAR 2.101 and in NASA Specific Numbered Note A.

(2) Technical responses shall provide a specific data set for each technology included and shall: a. Describe the fundamental operation of the technology, component, or system, b. Recommend potential application, c. Provide a development history, and d. Document the tests or activities used to achieve TRL 6 or above. e. Data collected by this RFI shall be integrated into a database to be used by NASA for research and analyses purposes. Information received in the data information table (items i-v) may be published in a Technical Report and made available to the public in general. An example of the proposed database information table is provided below. i. Technology Name: ii. Description: iii. Developer: iv. Technology Readiness Level: v. Missions on which technology has flown or other data backing up TRL assessment:
