Description

NASA Ames Research Center has awarded a Firm Fixed Price contract for research and development of disaggregated or fractionated space architectures. The goal is to develop a design for software and hardware for a satellite system that uses a cluster of wirelessly interconnected modules capable of sharing their resources and utilizing resources found elsewhere in the cluster. The contractor will develop a comprehensive information architecture system to enable fractionated space systems, including design, development, integration, deployment, and testing of this system.
