Description

DARPA System F6, Technical Area 3. The contractor proposes a project entitled “Mission-Aware Network Architecture for Small-Satellite Adaptive Systems (MANASSAS), software and networking techniques for the F6 infrastructure that will allow sensors and software on different satellites to exchange, combine, and process data and deliver it quickly and reliably to its intended users. MANASSAS is a Cognitive Network, capable of sensing its state and environment and capable of modifying its behavior in response to changes in conditions to accomplish its goals.
