Due dates remain unchanged: Notices of Intent to propose are requested by August 17, 2021, and proposals are due October 14, 2021. Also, a pre-proposal conference will be held Wednesday, August 4, 2021, 1:00-3:00 PM eastern time, see Section 4.3 for connect information.
