Description
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) John C. Stennis Space Center is releasing Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) No. NNS14496742R for Dual Use Technology Development. On November 27, 2013, this CAN will be available electronically through the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) Business Opportunities site at http://www.fbo.gov .A Notice of Intent(NOI) must be submitted and reviewed before submission of a project proposal to this solicitation. NOI submissions will be received through the closing date of the CAN, which is September 30, 2014. This CAN, leading to the potential award of a Cooperative Agreement, is issued pursuant to Subpart A of 14 CFR 1260, and Title 14 CFR Part 1274 for commercial organizations.
