Description

This is a modification to the synopsis entitled PROGRAM INTEGRATION AND CONTROL CONTRACT, which was posted December 17, 2002. Modification 5, (1) annouces the posting of the Pre-Proposal Conference charts, (2) announces the observation period and (3) incorporates the following into the DRAFT RFP; (1) addition of Section J, Attachment 2, Award Fee Evaluation Plan, (2) addition of Section J, Attachment 4, DOL Wage Determination, and (3) replacement of Section L, Appendix 6, Example Task Orders The charts presented on March 10, 2003 along with the list of attendees are posted. An Observation Period has been scheduled for the week of March 24-28, 2003, at the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas 77058. The purpose will be to afford prospective offerors the opportunity to gain insight and understanding of the proposed scope of work that will be contained in the final Request For Proposal. The schedule, registration information and guidelines governing the observation period are posted.
