Description
This is a modification to the synopsis entitled INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION (ISS) MISSION INTEGRATION CONTRACT which was posted on February 20, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made: The Pre-Proposal Conference charts presented on March 7, 2003, are posted to the Mission Integration Contract website. An Observation Period and Contract Pricing Discussion has been scheduled for the week of March 24, 2003, at the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas 77058. The purpose will be to afford prospective offerors the opportunity to gain insight and understanding of the proposed scope of work and cost instructions that will be contained in the final RFP.
The schedule, registration information and guidelines governing the observation period are posted at the ISS Contract Strategy homepage. Go to Contract C – Cargo Mission and then to Observation Period. The URL is: http://jsc-web-pub.jsc.nasa.gov/bd01/excellent-strategy/ A Mission Integration Contract Pricing Discussion will be held on March 28, 2003 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. CST. Attendance will be limited. The due date for registration for the Observation Period and the Pricing Discussion is March 19, 2003. Please register via email to Linda Riviera, Contracting Officer, at the following email address: missioni@ems.jsc.nasa.gov. Your registration will be confirmed via email. Any changes to both of these events will be posted on the ISS Contract Strategy website listed above. The due date for comments and questions to the DRFP is not extended and remains at March 21, 2003. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
