The first Meteosat satellite was launched 25 years ago, on 23 November 1977. Their images have sine then become a daily feature of TV weather forecasting. Broadcasters wishing to report on this anniversary will find in this Exchange all background footage on a quarter century European satellite meteorology.
The programme comprises of a 5-minute A-roll with split track and commentary and is complemented by a B-Roll with clean international sound.The script will be available on-line as a PDF document under http://television.esa.int/photos/EbS26989.pdf
