Launch of O3b Networks’ Second Batch of 4 Satellites Delayed

O3b announces a delay in the launch of its second group of 4 satellites from French Guiana, scheduled for September 30th, to allow time for further testing. A new launch date, expected to be in Q1 2014, will be confirmed in due course. The company’s first 4 satellites, which were launched earlier this year, recently completed their in-orbit testing and are operating successfully in orbit.
