several B-class events and a single C2.2 class flare at 28/0053Z.
IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be low.
IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 27/2100Z to 28/2100Z:
Geomagnetic field activity was quiet.
IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: Geomagnetic field activity is
expected to be quiet through the period (29 thru 31 October).
