IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 26/2100Z
to 27/2100Z: Solar activity was at low levels. Region 1117 (N22W28)
produced a C1.2/Sf at 27/1703Z. The remaining regions were quiet and
unchanged.
IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very
low to low with a slight chance for an M-class event from Region
1117.
IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 26/2100Z to 27/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels for the past 24 hours.
IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is
expected to be quiet on day one (28 October). Quiet to unsettled
levels, with isolated active periods, are expected on days two and
three (29-30 October) in response to the CME observed on 26 October.
