to 11/2100Z: Solar activity was very low. No spots and no flares
were observed on the visible disk.

IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very
low, with a slight chance of an isolated C-class flare.

IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 10/2100Z to 11/2100Z:
Geomagnetic activity was quiet.

IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: Geomagnetic activity is
