IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 01/2100Z to 02/2100Z: Solar activity was very low. Region 976 (S09E10) has decayed in size and complexity since appearing yesterday. A B7/SF flare was observed from new Region 977 (S05E53).
