ISSRDC Day 3: Celebrate 20 years of student experiments on the ISS with former NASA astronaut Dottie Metcalf-Lindenburger
On the final day of this year’s ISSRDC Online Series, we will celebrate 20 years of student experiments on the ISS. Panelists will share the impact and success of education programs that enable students to conduct research on the orbiting laboratory. The session, taking place on October 22 at 2:00 p.m. ET and moderated by former NASA astronaut and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) education advocate Dottie M. Metcalf-Lindenburger, will discuss the value of these hands-on learning experiences and inspire students of all ages to continue to dream of what they can achieve in space.
